Spanish hip-hop with a little taste of american hip-hop being that I was born in the states but with my own twist and flavor and defintley my own sound. Also a little bit of afrocuban sound and salsa. With culture, religion, and a little bit of polotics. 24:How long have you been making music? All together 7-8yrs. ![]() 24: Are you currently working on any projects? Well I just released a project at the beginning of this year called The Other Side. Basically its a collaboration of solo artists out here in Miami in my opinion the cream of the crop of Miami's talent. Together we're called Homegrown. Artists besides me are Id-4 (Shotty & Lidls) L.E.X, Los , Tev95, and S.L.P (Street Light Poets). We're currently working on the second one right now. With some new additions to the click. On my side Im working on my solo album called Spanglish. I'm really trying to bring the genre of spanish hip-hop to the U.S market and stabilized it permanently. 24: You have also worked with Mexicano777 , How did you two meet? Yes I have worked with him and learned alot. He's apart of A.O.D. We met through another artists in my camp Quote 7. He recorded his whole album with us in A.O.D studios. Los, Tev95, Jay Harper all over the album. He's the strongest spanish hip- hop artists influence I got. I got his back he's got mine. Best Spanish Mc I've worked with by far. 24:When we first heard about you, you were heating up the spanish market. Lately we have been hearing you make a crossover. is that in your future? and why? Well as always still doing the spanish flow no matter what but I cant limit myself especially when Im fluent in both languages it just makes me more of a commadatee and opens more doors for me. So yeah expect a little something in english real soon. 24:What should we expect to hear from you in the near future? Alot of stuff Im working on . Another compalation album called " La Connekta " with yeyo from the D.E.Y featuring artists all over the world its going to be big. Also working on the Tabaqueros album which is another collabo album between many established artist grammy nominated Locos por Juana my self the D.E.Y, Chino Dreadlion, Los Herederos, among others. A live band approach with a mix of hip-hop, pop , timba, raggae, afrocuban and carribean sound. Finally further down the line look out for my debut album in english called " The 80's Smugglers Hustle " since we in a recession now Im taking you back to the cocane cowboys era. Get ready for that you wont be disappointed. ![]() 24:Finally just give a shout out to 24 and whoever else you wanna name drop.... Oh and I cant forget Cannibis. 24:What can I expect to hear in your music? Reality hood music culture religion struggles of my life latinos my people party music something for everyone and to relate to. Real life issues experiences not Joe blow around the corner acting a fool. Me!!!! Not fairy tales that people want to hear like the rest of these broke puppets do. If your offended your a puppet nuff said. 24:How'd did you get into the industry? Well I started rapping in spanish and almost like it was by fate. Sony Latino came knocking on the door and we put a spanish compalation album called syndicato in 2004-2005. Which is available in stores. After that I took matters into my own hands and went independent with my label A.O.D. 24: Whats your main goal? To bring the real Miami out for what it is. We bad baby theres history here. It just aint being told right. To stop the rest of these artist from outta town from using our resources for wak music theres no need for wrong publicity. We have to much talent out here in every aspect of the game for nonsense to come out the radio. Last but not leasts I want to be in the for front for breaking spanish hip-hop to the U.S and the industry as well.
