Mexican socialite Genoveva Casanova denies any rumor of her and Luis Miguel being together for 2 years. As said by the "Quien" magazine.

She went on to reassure the public that "many lies have been told", she also stated that they are only friends and that a "relationship is not definite". "I have not had any relationship with absolutely anyone", stated during a brief interview with news spectator Juan José Origel, during the television program NXclusiva. More on the interview is to be released this Friday.

Genoveva denied having a relationship after the ¡Hola! magazine published photos of the two running around Europe. In a state of rage and frustration, she reminded the press that two years ago she was still married to Cayetano Martínez de Irujo.

"It is an outright lie that we (Luis Miguel and her) have been together for two years".

On the subject of the photos she said, "they caught me hanging out with him for the first time since the last time we saw each other, which was over a year ago". She went on to add, "they are causing much damage to people who have nothing to do with this". If you ask me, she is denying being with him for 2 years, but she didn't say anything about being with him for a lesser amount of time. Hmm?

La socialité mexicana Genoveva Casanova rechazó que entre  ella y Luis Miguel lleven dos años juntos, así o han reportado la revista "Quién" y otros medios en México. Aseguró que sobre ambos se han dicho "una sarta de mentiras", aclaró que son amigos y que la relación entre ambos "todavía no está definida".

"Yo no he tenido ninguna relación con absolutamente nadie", aseguró en breve entrevista con el periodista de espectáculos Juan José Origel, en el programa de televisión NXclusiva, quien anunció que este viernes difundirá otra parte de la conversación. Genoveva negó que ella y Luis Miguel tuvieran un relación desde hace dos años, como se ha difundido en diversos medios, luego de que la revista española ¡Hola! publicara en varias ocasiones recientes fotografías en las que ambos recorren varias ciudades de Europa.

En un tono de molestia y enojo, recordó que hace dos años ella todavía estaba casada con Cayetano Martínez de Irujo. "Es absolutamente mentira el hecho de que nosotros (Luis Miguel y ella) llevamos dos años juntos".

Reiteró que sobre su relación con Luis Miguel "se han dicho muchísimas mentiras".

"Una sarta de mentiras impresionantes. Miguel y yo somos amigos y la relación que haya o no haya entre él y yo pues todavía no está definida, ¿me entiendes?". Sobre las primeras fotografías que le tomaron junto con Luis Miguel y que se publicaron en la publicación española, afirmó que "me agarraron dando un paseo la primera vez que lo veía en más de un año", aseguró Casanova.

"Lo peor de todo es que le están haciendo mucho daño a muchas personas que no tienen nada que ver", agregó la mexicana.
