  Last night, May 28 Latin Hip Hop / Reggaeton artist Ñengo Flow was arrested in Ponce last night as part of an ATF sting that covered Ponce, Arecibo, Aguadilla, Mayaguez y Ponce. At the moment of the arrest, Jose Santiago Soto (Ñengo Flow) was arrested with an illegal fully automatic weapon and considerable amount of Cocaine and Marihuana, Stated by the Justice Department in Puerto Rico.

 Ñengo flow is accused of being part of these criminal organizations and was arrested along with the supposed partners Raymond Pérez, Eliezer Santiago Cuevas, Manuel Vázquez Collazo y Julio A. Pérez Quiles. These were arrested this morning by La Policia de Puerto Rico in collaboration with the ATF (Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms)

In total they are 11 arrested and acused with the same charges. Judge Ivan Roman Gonzalez, bond hearing early this morning, found 65 charges in relations with firearm law and posted an $8,500,000.00 dollar bond on the group.

From June 2008 to January 2009, The DEA, Puerto Rico Division, was success full in infiltrating a federal undercover agent that was able to perform more than nine illegal firearm transactions with the 11 arrested.

The D.A, Joseph E. Esparra Álvarez stated that with the evidence aquired in the scene, they can determine that multiple of these weapons were used for violent crimes in the county of Ponce. P.R
